Why I like that you need a college education in today's economy?
Today more than ever , you need a kind of more beyond high school. It can be a certificate program of one year, an associate degree or technical two years. Want to have a piece of paper that proves you have been trained to perform a task to an acceptable level . The employer wants to see that you can start something and finish it . This is proof that you have the ambition , self- discipline and the ability to persevere. If you have the ambition and ability to pursue four-year degree , will create a better chance to earn more money and live a better life for the majority. I am well aware that you can create a great income with a technical diploma Two years by major you choose.
Instead of changing the current workforce, have some kind of technical training for a chance to get a good paying job . With the rising cost of living in the current economy, minimum wage job will not help in the search of a independent life. I am sure all those who want to live a good life must obtain a college degree . Not only a college education to improve their lives , but also improve the lives of their children and their children's lives . I speak from personal experience as a father and grandfather.

We are all role models for our friends, our children and grandchildren. You will be amazed at the number of people that will inspire in your life. By obtaining a college degree to be a role model for their children and grandchildren. Because you went to college, the more likely that their children go to college , which standardize the rules for them. This is the perfect example of paying it forward , that each generation will do everything possible to improve the lives of the next generation.
